The founder

Your home shouldn't run you.

I spent fifteen years in corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy — most recently at Salesforce, where I led integration work on major company acquisitions. I was good at managing complexity: coordinating c-suite leaders, vendors, aligning teams, and keeping a thousand moving pieces in sync.

And yet I didn't have the time for my own household management.

I'd return from a week of meetings to find my remodel had stalled, deferred maintenance was becoming an emergency, travel logistics in pieces. I had the skills to handle a multi-hundred-million-dollar acquisition, but I couldn't manage my own properties without it consuming my evenings and weekends.

I realized I wasn't alone. People with demanding lives and complex households had no good option for the kind of specialized support their homes actually needed. We don't need another app or tool. We need someone who understands complexity, who handles it quietly, and who's trustworthy enough to own the details while we focus on what actually matters.

That's why I built Helm.

How we work

The commitments we make to every client.

Household management is built on access and trust. Your Helm manager works inside your home, on your behalf, with the people and service providers who keep it running.

No markups, ever
Our only financial relationship is with you
Vendor invoices go directly to you at actual cost. We never earn commissions, referral fees, or markups from the vendors we recommend.
Discretion
Confidentiality as standard
Every Helm manager signs a full confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before working with their first household. Every engagement is governed by a signed service agreement establishing terms of access and accountability.
Small portfolios
Your household is never an afterthought
We deliberately limit how many households each manager works with. It takes time to know a home well. Your manager should know yours, and that's only possible if we resist the temptation to scale beyond what the service can support.
W-2 employees
Professional accountability
All Helm managers are W-2 employees, not contractors. Vetted, insured, and covered under our workers' compensation policy. You are never responsible for their employment.
Our team

We hire carefully and slowly.

Every Helm manager is vetted for professional experience, deep local knowledge of the Seattle and Eastside market, and the kind of discretion that household management requires.

Every manager passes a background check, professional reference verification, and a structured onboarding process before working with their first household. They learn your home through our home audit before management begins.

The integrity of this service depends entirely on the caliber of the people delivering it.
